Pro Exercise Training Secrets Anyone Can Use!

Hot Tip! Don’t get intimidated by the prospect of a daily exercise regimen. You don’t have to run a marathon.

Here’s a question I get all the time: I noticed from your testimonials that you’ve trained a broad spectrum of people like elite pro athletes from the WNBA, high school PE students and even seniors. My question is do they all follow the same exercises and routines.

First let me start off with the fact that everyone no matter what age or ability can only really squat, lunge, push, pull, rotate or combination of. With that being said everyone is going to have these types of movements in their exercise routines because that is what is required of daily living no matter who you are. The only difference is that actual weight used or speed of movement will be different.

Hot Tip! Flat Dumbbell Presses. Begin the exercise with lifting the weights with your upper arms parallel to the ground, try to keep your wrists as tight and straight as possible.

In the field of exercise science these movements are broken into categories and called things like: primal patterns or the 4 pillars of human movement. To learn more about this you can read Movement that Matters by Paul Chek or Breaking the Bonds of Traditionalism by Juan Carlos Santana. Basically what they are all saying is that any exercise you do will fall into a category of pushing, pulling, rotating, squatting, lunging or a combination of.

So if you see the exercise records of my elite pro clients and my senior clients you will see many of the same exercises. The main difference is that a Shelly (a 75 year old male) will use squats with only his body weight or light dumbbells and Frank Rodriquez
(a 32 year old pro baseball player) may be using 300-400 pounds in his squatting routine.

Hot Tip! The full use of the lungs in vigorous exercise can reduce or prevent lung congestion due to lymph accumulation.

Ultimately everyone should learn all the primal patters and do them properly with at least their bodyweight and then you can go from there. Many times you’ll find that just using body weight exercises will be more than enough to keep you fit. You can even use these bodyweight exercises for high end conditioning and performance like many wrestlers and combat athletes do.

Hot Tip! Get a medicine ball and/or exercise band at your local sporting goods store or on-line.

Hot Tip! Wake up earlier in the morning to exercise.

Hot Tip! Choose to take on exercise, but in a whole new way.

Exercising And Your Health

Accelerated Dog Training Health Grooming. Offering an e-book resource for dog training, dog grooming, house training, and general pet care for all dog breeds.

Are you ready to get in shape and get back your health?

Lots of people these days are having a hard time staying shape and as a result their health is suffering too. All of this at a time when health care costs have risen dramatically and put a strain on many family budgets that is hard to bear.

So just how difficult is it to get in shape and stay there?

Actually the evidence seems to indicate that extreme fitness regimes and programs are not nearly as effective as you may think, especially when you factor in the additional health concerns involved due to injuries from such rigorous activities.

Hot Tip! Maintain your weight at a healthy level. Successful weight management is one of the golden keys to good health.

The truth is that for the average man and woman who just wants to lose a few pounds and feel better all around, just stepping up the activity in one’s life on a regular basis can make a huge difference. If you want to take up a sport, that’s fine. But it’s not necessary in order to live a healthy life.

It’s also not necessary to buy expensive gym equipment and fitness machines either. If you have them and like using them, then go right ahead as long as you start off carefully and consult your doctor before using them to be sure what is the best exercise schedule for you personally. Actually, if you are out of shape it’s a good idea to always stay in good contact with your personal physician when beginning a new exercise program of any kind.

Hot Tip! Keep track of all your payments in case there are any disputes with your health club.

That said, the most basic of solutions can often do wonders where your health is concerned. One health stealer in today’s society is television viewing. It’s OK if kept in moderation. But if you find yourself spending hours at a time wathcing tv, you are doing your health a serious disservice.

Plan ahead to get active instead. Walking is great healthy activity and can have positive effects on mood and attitude as well. It’s also a low impact activity on your joints, as long as you aren’t involved in power and extreme walking.

Smarter Health Digital Products. Instant Quit Smoking Method(tm) various health and well being eBooks, and other products.

Riding a bike can be another great exercise activity that has solid rewards both for weight control and health. Just start out slow and gradually build up your ride endurance and length as your doctor recommends.

The point is that health and exercise need not be a physical burden. It can be as simple as just staying active and eliminating as much of the sedentary lifestyle as possible.

Hot Tip! Helps your body to maintain healthy fluid balance and relieve fatigue and stress often caused by dehydration.

Fitness And Exercise - Why It Is So Important To Total Wellbeing

Hot Tip! Talk to your doctor or therapist first. They can help guide you and refer you to someone who can help you set up an exercise program that’s right for you.

1f9f

Physical fitness through exercise is an essential element of life for all people. Medical and health experts have concluded that most people have a very low level of physical fitness that, unless they perform the daily movements they have conditioned themselves to do, such as getting out of bed, walking to work, performing physical activities during work and at home, will loose the little physical fitness they already have.

Like any living person, every living part of our body will waste away if we do not use it. Like the saying goes, …use it or lose it…, the human body must be used or it will eventually waste away. It is like when you are laid up in a hospital bed with a broken leg and cannot use it for a number of weeks. What happens when the cast comes off? You have to spend a considerable amount of time to return that limb to normal use as it has undergone muscular atrophy.

Hot Tip! The Life Fitness C3-5 upright and the Life Fitness R3-5 recumbent bikes are extremely well reviewed and rated highly by almost everyone. In general, Life Fitness exercise bikes seem to get good ratings anyway.

This is why it is so important to consider physical activity as a means of life. What is life if you cannot enjoy the leisurely activities with family and friends. How will you function at work if your back has locked up due to inadequate support from weak muscles. Do you always feel tired and lethargic?

Exercise Equipment Expert. Profitable Fitness Niche with No Competition.

If these reasons are not hitting home yet, then it is only a matter of time before these words come back and haunt you. I see friends and family who are suffering from illness day in, day out. You do not want to get to this point in your life before deciding that enough is enough. Why be reactive and wait till something happens in your life before making a change in your lifestyle, a change that should have already been a form of normal living activity.

Think about what it will take before you start paying attention to the body that is so busy doing things that are robbing you of total physical freedom.

Did you ever think that you could perform some simple core strength training routines whilst doing the things that keep you busy? Well you can, and it is easy.

Hot Tip! Plan Ahead - Even though you should already be on a year long exercise plan, it is imperative that your fitness program starts 3 months prior to the ski season.

Years ago I remember a personal trainer of mine who introduced me to short intense training techniques that transformed my body from a slob to a heart throb, well to my wife that is.
Simple mid section braces that strengthen your abs and lower back, give better mid waist support that can alleviate chronic back pains and also tighten up your midsection. I do these in the car whilst I drive, sit behind my PC typing and sit down watching a DVD.

Hot Tip! The exercise must duplicate the exact movement witnessed in a certain segment of the sports skill.

If you have 5 minutes or so to spare, then you CAN make a difference, even if you feel unmotivated. This is a simple exercise whereby you cave in that mid section that causes you all the pain and anguish and hold it there whilst maintaining normal breathing. Holding it there for 30 seconds and resting for 20 seconds, and again for 5 times over. At first it may burn a little, but that is perfectly OK and means that you are working a muscle group that has not worked in a while.

Hot Tip! Increase the number of calories you burn during each exercise session.

As you get better at it, you can push the holds for a minute or more and repeat 5 to 10 times over. I know through my experience that this works and rids of those chronic bad back pains.

Fitness and exercise is a life activity that should be conditioned as normal part of living, just as sitting in front of a TV is, and just like sitting in the bar drinking with friends is.

Hot Tip! The exercise must involve the same type of muscular contraction as used in the skill execution.

You see, not only will fitness and exercise help you feel better about yourself, it will prolong your life, allow you to do things you never thought possible, give you more energy during the day, motivate you to do more in the tight schedule you have, but also give you more time.

Hot Tip! Wake up earlier in the morning to exercise.

Think about it for a minute, if you are feeling more energised to do more, then you will work more efficiently with your time and free up time to do the things you always complained not having time to do.
